A Volunteer event is planned at our Galaxy Ridge site Kingsley for Sunday 26 July 2026 as per the attached map.
All help is appreciated, young and old.  It is a shady site close to the path, so very family friendly.

Event Organiser / Site Manager – Guy and Lauren

Location – Near corner of Hocking Rd and Mooro St, Kingsley (see attached map)

Time – 9am to approx. 11am

Activity – Planting and weeding

What to wear – Long pants, closed in shoes and a hat/cap is recommended.

Suggested to bring – Your favourite digging tool and gardening gloves, water bottle, sunblock and insect repellent.

When you arrive, please sign in to ensure you are covered by DBCA insurance.

Any volunteers attending a FOY site for the first time should advise the site manager who will provide a short site Health & Safety briefing.

Please check the weather forecast and bring a rain jacket if needed. We work in light rain but not during thunderstorms.
